reveal to you the simple secrets of how to hypnotize people.
The first thing to understand with how to hypnotize people is to get a
basic understanding of the mind. The mind works on two levels: The
conscious level and the sub-conscious or unconscious level. The
sub-conscious mind is what controls a person’s self-image, unconscious
habits (including breathing and heartbeat,) interpreting language, and
much more.
Hypnosis works by sending messages (called hypnotic commands or
suggestions) to the unconscious mind of the hypnotic subject. When a
person is in a state that is susceptible to hypnosis (called a hypnotic
trance,) these commands will sink into the subject’s subconscious and

Getting a subject into a hypnotic trance has two steps: Relaxing and
letting go of the physical body, and relaxing and letting go of the

visualizations designed to switch off the analytical mind and deepen the
hypnotic trance.
